CARE WORTH ITS WEIGHT IN SILVER

Silver ore, a precious metal, is extracted from mines and then poured, melted, rolled and extruded to become pure silver. Sterling silver is the best quality. It refers to an alloy of at least 92.5% silver, with the rest in copper.

How to care for silver jewelry

  • Remove jewelry at night and store separately on a soft surface.
  • Wipe with a clean, soft cloth each time after wearing.
  • Regularly wash jewelry gently using a soft toothbrush and liquid dish soap in lukewarm water. Then rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
  • Polish tarnished white silver with a silver cloth and rinse in lukewarm water. Never use silver cleaner on rhodanized silver – it will damage the protective layer!
  • Occasionally entrust your jewelry to the professional cleaning service at CHRIST. It will come back looking like new!
